Clydebank has an academy structure that aims for youth teams to develop players through to the first team. Our ambition is to retain a small playing group and develop them through to the first team.

We do not cycle players in and out however seek players that can compete for places to ensure they have a realistic opportunity of game time. Growth into 11-a-side and losing players to pro-youth clubs creates a chance to add new players to our group.
